Last night on BBC2 was a documentary called Moon For Sale, in which various ways that the Moon could be used as a resource for mining and other businesses were discussed.Harrison Schmitt was extensively interviewed in favour for mining Helium 3, and to counter his arguement was Edgar Mitchell You can see clips from the programme, and vote for or against mining the moon on the link below:

Excellent documentary about the possible to get Helium-3 from the Moon as this can be used in nuclear fusion reactors... Interesting (different) views by Harrison Schmidt and Edgar Mitchell  | |
