While there are a couple of online websites stating it is true, can anyone actually confirm that the capsule used on the Little Joe LJ-1B flight of Miss Sam in January 1960 was later used again (and lost at sea) as an inert spacecraft on the Redstone proving flight MR-BD on 24 March 1961?

From the NASA NTRS server:

Memorandum on Mercury-Redstone Booster Development flight (MR-BD)
PDF Size: 15.5 MB, Publication Date: Mar 26, 1961, Author: Hammack, J. B.
Number of pages = 12

Page 1 (PDF page 2):

3. Capsule Description. - The capsule utilized for the MR-BD flight was designed and built by NASA-Langley Research Center for the Little Joe 1B flight test made in January 1960 at Wallops Island, Virginia. It was ballasted and configured to simulate a Mercury production capsule (specifically, Capsule No. 7). A comparison of construction details between this capsule and the Mercury production capsule is shown in Figure 1....

Rusty, that was perfect; exactly the documented confirmation I was seeking. Many thanks indeed.
