Does anyone happen to have the transcript of the 1968 NASA Authorization hearings? I am specifically looking for the section where Senator Joseph Karth is grilling Ed Cortright about the change in Voyager Mars management from JPL to the Marshall Space Flight Center.

The actual hearings transpired in March-April 1967.
