Progress MS-03 launches for space station
Russia's Progress MS-03 (64P) spacecraft lifted off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Saturday (July 16) at 4:41 p.m. CDT (2123 GMT; 3:41 a.m. local time on July 17) on a two day flight to the International Space Station.
Loaded with more than 2.4 tons of food, fuel and supplies for the Expedition 47 crew, the Progress is scheduled to autonomously dock to the Pirs docking compartment Monday (July 18) at 7:22 p.m. CDT (0022 GMT July 19).
The docking will be monitored by space station crew members Alexey Ovchinin and Anatoly Ivanishin.
The Progress MS-03 is packed with 2,712 pounds (1,230 kilograms) of cargo, including hardware to support the Russian segment's power and thermal control systems. The ship is also delivering 926 pounds (420 kg) of water and 110 pounds (50 kg) of oxygen.

Progress MS-03 docks to space station
Traveling about 250 miles above the Earth, flying over Chile near the city of Santiago, Russia's Soyuz MS-03 cargo ship docked to the Pirs compartment at the space station Monday (July 18) at 7:20 p.m. CDT (0020 GMT July 19).

Progress MS-03 departs space station
Russia's Progress MS-03 spacecraft undocked from the International Space Station on Tuesday (Jan. 31), departing from the Pirs docking compartment at 8:25 a.m. CST (1425 GMT).
Loaded with trash, the vehicle was de-orbited over the Pacific Ocean.
