I was wondering if the expedition crews (Americans, Russians, international and so on) on the International Space Station get weekends off like the rest of us and if they do, what do they do with their spare time up there?

From NASA's website:
Aboard the space station, crew members have many opportunities to relax and play. Like most people who work full time, astronauts get weekends off. On any given day, crew members can watch movies, play music, read books, play cards and talk to their families.

Generally speaking, the astronauts and cosmonauts are treated as one crew, working on a shared schedule. There is some division between the USOS (United States operating segment) and Russian segment crews, but barring special cases, they keep the same (or similar) hours and time off.

All times are CT (US)
