Trolling around the Internet, and came across this photo of the STS-7 PAM deploy checklist donated by John Fabian to Washington State University.

If you look closely, you can see the number 7 in STS-7 is stuck on. The question is, was STS-7 called something else (perhaps moved up or back at one point?) or was there a master PAM deploy checklist cover that was used, the mission insignia printed on it, then the STS number added last in case of a slip?
