So, does this answer the riddle of the little reflective dots people have noticed recently on the belly of the retiring orbiter in the VAB? |

Yes, as the article references: The recordation package will include measured drawings developed by the National Park Service and contractors based on laser technology... These drawings are expected to debut online later this year, at which point I may file another article with the behind-the-scenes story of the reflective dots. |

If you just can't wait for the interviews to debut on that website, my old friends and colleagues in the JSC History Office have already put many transcripts up on their website. | |
