I've been looking for some in flight pictures of Discovery to have printed large. I remembered that a SPAS satellite similar to the one flown on STS-7 was flown on Discovery for STS-51. But going through Johnson Space Center's online picture gallery I'm coming up empty handed. When I do a Google search I find a Discovery/SPAS image but only 1000x1000 or so.

Does anybody have high resolution picture(s) of Discovery taken from the SPAS on STS-51? Does anybody know the NASA numbers for any of the SPAS/Discovery images?

I think they only had an IMAX camera on the SPAS on STS-51. So you might be able to get some from Destiny In Space. They might have used some other shots in the IMAX movies that came out after also.

It didn't just have the IMAX as the SPAS was also shooting standard video as well (not sure about still photos). That mission was featured in an old documentary called "Flying the Space Shuttle" when it aired on TLC back in the mid-1990s.
