From Space shuttle Atlantis moves to launch pad for final planned flight:
Though STS-132 is Atlantis' 32nd launch, it has made the journey to the launch pad seven -- and a half -- additional times.
Technically, though, hasn't Atlantis been rolled out at least one more than 39 and a half times? I'm thinking Atlantis as rolled out at least once after the Challenger accident - and used in a "non-mission" in which seven available astronauts were strapped in and had to be carried out in a mock rescue.

In November/December of 1986 Atlantis was rolled out to 39B for fit checks of the weather protection system. The five astronauts from STS-61C (Gibson, Bolden, Hawley, Nelson, and Chang-Diaz) did a countdown test. Then later on there were seven astrounauts did an escape drill. I am not at home right now so I can't look up who it was.

The astronauts that participated in the emergency egress test were Frank Culbertson, commander; Steve Oswald, pilot; Carl Meade, Kathy Thornton, and Dave Low as mission specialist and Pierre Thout and Jay Apt serving as payload specialists.

I was wrong on when Atlantis was at the pad in 86. The rollout was October 9th, 1986 and the rollback was November 22, 1986. The tests with the astronaut crew were November 18th for the countdown test and November 19th and November 20th for the emergency egress test. They did a walk through the night of the 19th and the "real" one on the 20 during the day.

All times are CT (US)
