Can anyone point out a website with technical details on the current American EVA space suit used by ISS crews ? ( Weight, Manufacturer, etc... )

I guess it's still Hamilton Sunstrand making the current EVA spacesuits but probably they made some adjustements after astronauts complained about cold fingertips while doing EVA ... Could anyone acknowledge ? http://www.hsssi.com/SystemSolutions/protectivesuit.html

Hamilton Sunstrand is still the manufacturer, with International Latex Corp. the manufacturer for the liquid coolant garment. The cold finger tips (?) should have been solved with the finger tip heaters in the gloves

The HSSSI site is slightly disingenuous - while they are the prime contractor for the whole EMU they only make the PLSS and it's related control units. The suit elements are still subcontracted from and designed by ILC Dover.
