From a fellow journalist, although I can be contacted since I'm helping. We're working on a story for Monday’s Asbury Park Press about the push to identify the oldest galaxies and see further back in cosmic time.
We’re hoping to reach "experts" with NJ-connections (e.g., works or lives in the state) who could talk about about why this news is so exciting for scientists, and what could be gained by studying the oldest galaxies.

Right in Toms River is Ocean County College and the Novins Planetarium. Gloria Villalobos was the director of that planetarium, but I believe she has moved on. She would have been a good choice for an interview. I don't know who the director is now, but the email for the planetarium is planetarium@ocean.edu
