Here is a picture of my son's 'rocket garden' (obviously different scales). He is only six years old but know the types of all the rockets used in Apollo (i.e. Saturn 1B, Saturn 5, etc). He can also tell the names of all six space shuttles, which three are still in use, which two 'crashed' (he knows they are gone and the crews went to Heaven), and which one never flew in space. He told me the LEGO rocket (in the middle) is a Saturn 1B at launch (note the red flames). I'm so glad he is interested in rockets and space. |

Your son sounds like a candidate for a future walk on the Moon! |

Congratulations on an enthusiastic and very smart future astronaut. You are understandibly proud. My grandson is 21 months old and knows the difference between a "ocket",a "pace shuttle" and an "astnaut". Isn't it wonderful sharing our passion for exploration with them! |
