Anybody see that fireball last night around 10:15pm? Or know of a site to check?

I didn't see it but you might try MeteorObs, "An Internet forum for meteor observers of all levels". They advise:
quote:
If you've seen a "fireball" (very bright shooting star), you should report it immediately! Do not bother posting it over our 'meteorobs' list, but rather go directly to the International Meteor Organization's Fireball Form.

There are probably many people who also saw your event: even though most fireballs appear to strike the ground "right over the next hill", they are actually generally seen at a very great distance from you (30-200 km). So expect many, many more people to see what you saw! You may contact NAMN to find out about these other reports.

I witness one 1:34 AM eastern time on April 15th having a blue and green bright light. I was inside my house looking out the west window. It's direction was direct downward trail from the WNW - NWN.

I do not understand all of the terminology on that report to complete for seeing a meteor

All times are CT (US)
