Were there two sets of hot mike comments made by John Young about the effects of drinking fortified orange juice on Apollo 16?

In the Lunar Surface Journal the comments come on the surface, after EVA 1. In "Footprints in the Dust" (p325), the conversation is said to have taken place in lunar orbit after separation.

There was an orange juice "incident" prior to landing, but this was discussed with Houston rather than being a hot mike.

The discussion about the "effects" of orange juice *was* a hot mike incident.
