Will any cSer direct me to some official document that has NASA's formal definitions of G, H and J missions?

I believe these definitions include: landing error, maximum stay duration, number of EVAs, length of EVAs, maximum distance allowed from the Lunar Module (either walking or driving), and a general statement about the EASEP/ALSEP.
