A Reddit user (Theodore Funkenstein) has stabilized the footage of Neil Armstrong's May 6, 1968 ejection from the Lunar Landing Training Vehicle (LLTV) at Ellington Field (then Air Force Base) in Houston. (via)

That really puts into perspective how close he was to drifting down into the fireball of the crash.
