I would like to know how the the laboratory staff was dressed who had contact with the astronauts during their quarantine... Carried there charlottes (the head), masks, gloves during the first days?Because the only photo I could find, where we see Neil Armstrong cut his birthday cake (August 5), the staff does not provide special protection Why? |

No-one seriously thought the first lunar explorers would bring back deadly bugs that would strike down humanity (hence the lack of masks in the Armstrong quarantine photo) but there was a decision (justified in my humble opinion)to take no chances, hence the quarantine. |

Geoffrey, have you tried eating birthday cake with a mask on? Also it makes blowing out the candles near impossible!! Neil 'That's one small slice for you - a giant wedge for me...' |

What I would like to know is if in the early quarantine, the medical team wore any protection (photo required) or not?The answer given by Blackarrow, I have already given (on a site of moon hoaxes) but I need something more substantial as it does their "enough"... I will admit that I somewhat drier on the subject because in the documents that I have there is not the information requested. Speaking of which, would you have information on the construction of LRL (biological barriers, vacuum chambers, reception area of the astronauts, etc) other than the following: I could only collect "a misery." |

Thanks regarding the lunar samples but... by chance you do nothing regarding the protection the medical staff? The question we ask myself and where I do not know what to say because I lack of documents: Why did you go for healthy people to come and meet the astronauts potentially contaminated? |
