In the same vein as my post for Gemini 3, I found a 13-page album of pictures from the cruise book of the USS Yorktown while serving as prime recovery ship for Apollo 8. Click on the first thumbnail on the third row here.

Nice photos of shipboard activities preparing for the splashdown, post-recovery, and that cake sure looks tasty!
