Does anyone know about this fellow: Anthony W. Haukap? I came across his website and the Apollo 13 ECS-Cryo data screens look 99% identical to mine that I included in my autobio with no attribution: http://myweb.accessus.net/~090/as13cryo.html

He hasn't responded to my query to him, yet.

FYI - His web page with the screen captures hasn't been updated in two years+. This text was at the bottom:

Tony Haukap, the website owner, responded to me very quickly:

TH: “The cryo screens came via email from a visitor to my webpage, whose original email is long gone at this point but I remember they requested no credit for supplying them. …the files are all dated December 14, 1997...”

Sy: "The screens, with ever-so-slight data changes, were probably lifted from the appendix in my book or more likely from the CD-ROM, " Apollo 13: A Race Against Time," which I helped produce in 1994. My screens are originals created at my EECOM console, NOT the ECS console, during the tank explosion emergency. I'd love to know who the "expert" was-they usually want recognition."

TH: “I have to admit; I have not read your book (it's on my wish list!), but if anything on my site infringes on any copyright please let me know and I'll remove it immediately, or if you want me to note the source, or credit you with anything, again, just let me know and I'll do that ASAP as well.”

Sy: “Though the screens are not exact, I would leave them and add an attribution to my book and the CD-ROM. That way, the viewers may be tempted to examine the source material. I invite you to visit my website: www.apolloeecom.com

Sy:

Why did the "Urine Noz"(nozzle?)temp go up to 105 degrees when the explosion occurred?

It was at 70-71 before that.

Did the heater go bonkers or was there something that cooled it that went south?

Incidentally, what exactly was the "Urine Noz"?

Don't meant to step on your thread.

Quote"Incidentally, what exactly was the "Urine Noz"?

If it's what I think it is then you wouldn't wanna go to the bathroom following the explosion!!
Where did you get that info from?

As I said, those data screens appear to be "made up" in parts. If you look at my "genuine" data screens in Appendix C of my autobio, you'll see that the Urine and Water dump Nozzle temps never got out of the 70s.

Ah yes....Those figures were obviously doctored in these copied screens.

Thanks Sy.
