Hi all

I'm wondering if anyone can help me out on two fronts with Apollo Support Crews

1 - is there somewhere that identifies the roles and tasks of those identified as support crews (as opposed to backup crews)? and

2 - has a list of the support crews for each Apollo mission been published anywhere that people know of?

thanks for any help on this

Cheers

Craig

Wow! Thanks!

I'll have a further hunt and see if they go past Apollo 11 somewhere but this is exactly what I was after.

Cheers

As I know, has David Shayler published a huge work about every Apollo-Mission incl. Support-Crews, maybee I can find it at home
(I'm writing from my work).

Paul Weitz also talk about the duties of the support crew in this transcript from the JSC Oral History series (highly recommended):

I am not sure how complete the list is on the first website link. The one I noticed, without going through them, is the absence of Bill Anders as CapCom on Gemini 8. I suspect the list is a bit incomplete.

It was not David Shayler but Richard Orloff.

Look at: http://history.nasa.gov/SP-4029/Apollo_00a_Cover.htm
