Just been scouring eBay and found something that might make you chuckle...

I know there are some really poor reproduction patches but this Apollo 12 patch is a bit special. I'm sure Pete Gonrad and Alan Beam would be so proud...

I have long wondered if Alan Beam was related to Jim Beam?

Also, that's a hell of a domino chain laid out on the lunar surface. Careful when Intrepid touches down --- serious domino effect!

And who is Pete Gonrad related to?

I wonder how much it costs to make these? Who are they trying to sell them to? I mean they must be trying to make a buck. You'd think they'd at least get the names right.

That style of text embroidery is pretty common in theater-made USAF/Army patches in SE Asia at the time of the Vietnam war (which, obviously, syncs up with Apollo).
