I have a green sleeping bag (as pictured here) and I have no way of knowing if it is a flown item or one used in a mockup.

There is a sewn tag on the liner that says:

SLEEPING BAG ASSY
V669.002000.018
2D628.H015035
Any ideas if this is flown item or mockup?

That tag information gives you the part and serial numbers for the sleeping bag. The numbers appear to be the kind that would be assigned to a flight item. But it is not enough information to tell you if it is flown, a flight item spare, or if it was used in training. Usually paperwork with an item is needed to indicate if it is flown.
