That's a difficult one...

I have to wonder how many unsigned copies of this portrait were ever sent out? I think just about every vintage copy of this photo I've seen has been authentically signed.

There is always some room for exceptions, however.

Judging from the photo it looks to be from July 1970 until Aug. 1971 when Armstrong was Deputy Associate Administrator for NASA, Washington, D.C.
