Does anyone know anything about the history of Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne NASA medallions made with metal flown on a space shuttle mission that has appeared on eBay?

It is very nice, the seller says only less than 200 were produced.

As noted on the medals, Pratt & Whitney underwrote the minting of these medals for distribution by NASA ("Made for NASA by Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne").

They were produced by Winco International (though please do not contact Winco, as they can neither sell them, nor will they furnish additional information).

I've been trying to get my hands on one for two years now with no luck.

I have a potential lead, but it may not pan out. I would recommend taking a "small loan out" since they are HOT and collectors desire high prices!

All times are CT (US)
