I recently became the owner of a small Grumman NASA lunar module model. It is around 3 inches tall, 3 3/4 wide (base), and is made by Lester Associates Inc., Thornwood, NY.

This item seems to be very rare, but I would appreciate an educated opinion.

Your model is more rare than the Topping/ Precise Lunar Module models, however when the Lester model pops up it seems to sell in the same range as the larger Topping/ Precise models, maybe due to its smaller size.

Lester Associates built the New York City model for the 1964 World's Fair.

All times are CT (US)
