The item in question is a roll of 70mm positive film copied from some of the Apollo 12 70mm film. On it are some original indexed versions of the images, indexed by hand, alternating with quick and dirty red-blue anaglyph images that include the previous indexed image.

I have zero doubt of provenance, so that is not the issue. I'm looking to trade the item but I want to know better what it is before I let it go.

So first off.. whose handwriting is this? (NOT the film in question, but the same handwriting, the "s" looks like a "5".)

Next, is there any way to tell what generation copy this is? It was processed, or already processed by 29 November 1969 as seen here in the yet to be positively identified (Richard Underwood?) man's hand...

So in general I'm looking for any more information than I've given here. Does anyone know any details of these early copies of the A12 3D images? Thanks in advance.

All times are CT (US)
