Okay, check out rare and signed.com web site. Query on Armstrong and you get louie Armstrong.Great COA. I have a worse one recently acquired and need to send scan to "hall of shame.' Where should I send the scan? |

"Rare and Signed" COAs are on eBay's banned COA list... so I am perplexed why this auction has not been removed. I encourage as many people as possible to report this auction and mention the banned COA. I have never seen an item I consider authentic with a Rare and Signed COA. |

Some poor sucker bought it for $375. I had reported it to eBay and as in most cases they did nothing. |
