He is top notch. I've dealt with him, and met him personally (he used to work here in the US) several times. He is involved with the Russian space program and his stuff is legitimate. |

I have purchased a lot of items from Oleg. He is top notch, and you should have no worries of authenticity. I have even purchased "specialty" items from him not listed on eBay. They have always been the best quality with no problems. One shipment was thought to be lost, and he gladly sent replacements, only for them to finally arrive, and the replacements were returned. He is a courteous, top notch seller. |

I agree with all of them. I have purchashed things from him before and he is one of the best. Definitely a person to trust and a true asset to eBay. |

I agree. The only problem you may face is waiting for your items to arrive. It has been a slow process every time I have received anything from him. I think it has more to do with him living in Russia than anything else. |

Just a warning when dealing with him. I had not received an item in a very long time, so I was going through eBay policies to resolve it and opened a case with eBay. After finally getting contacted about why I opened a case, we emailed and I closed it and finally got the item. It was my fault but he still put me on his do not accept bid list. I also emailed him asking why but I have yet to hear back from him. What effect does opening a case have with an eBay seller or buyer? So just be warned about getting on someone's bad side. He never took into account that I still gave him 100% feedback and had bought a few items in the past from him and he never tried to work something out. He lost a good buyer for his stuff. |

The impact on the buyer is almost always nil - no repercussions. The impact on a seller can be quite negative - eBay reserve the right to remove certain selling privileges and impose restrictions. eBay is heavily weighted in favour of buyers - sellers are cut very little slack. And eBay of course are never ever wrong! |

I have dealt with Oleg for over 5 years and have purchased a number of photos signed by Cosmonauts from him. Oleg and Alex Panchenko are my favourite dealers and I have nothing but praise for both. Some items have taken quite a while to get to Oz but that is the fault of the Russian postal system, which Oleg has no control over.I would have no hesitation in recommending Oleg as a great source of Cosmonaut signatures. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. |
