I purchased this photo signed by Dick Scobee from Regency Superior in their last auction. It came back from PSA/DNA as not authentic. It looks like a good fast signature to me.
Do you think PSA is correct and Regency missed this? Or do you think PSA missed this one, and it is an authentic signature.

From what I can tell, it looks good to me. The signature is his later style version and from I can see its signed in the same manner on most of hist STS-41C crew photos as this one appears to be.

If you compare it to mine (bottom photo, see here) there are some difference which may be why PSA rejected it. However, it also appears that the differences may be due to his attempt to fit in the signature on the blue part of the suit.
