(As always) it would be nice to see an enlargement, but looks good to me, as does the Ford. Nice piece. |

I have been collecting the same cover with various autographs and even some of Florian's flown Apollo 11 fragments for years. I really want to buy it now but am a little nervous about spending this much via ebay. I am about 2 mouse clicks away from taking the gamble! |

For comparison, Heritage Auctions sold a similarly (but not the same) signed cover from Ford's collection in 2008 for more than $14,000. |

I am definitely not an expert but the Heritage one scares me more than this one. I definitely want it, but just can't decide for sure if it is good. |

It sold in the last hour. A bit of advice... If you "advertise" a good deal here, there is a strong chance someone will buy it up from under you.  Presuming it is authentic, someone will flip that for a nice profit. I am curious about the Gerald Ford connection. I have never heard he was an autograph collector. It strikes me as unusual that he would have multiples. |

Although likely authentic, that's one ugly Aldrin signature. |
