Could anyone help me identify this object? I got it from some local fishermen, someone said it could be a fuel tank of some rocket.

Based on review of the images not a fuel tank but likely contained expellant/pressurization gas supplied to a propulsion system. Possibly Russian system. Tank also appears to have undergone oriented reentry.

Who drilled those holes??!!!!

The guy that found it on the sea, he actually wanted to make a barbecue out of it (lol).

Any idea if this thing can be sold for something?

If further analysis supports the initial assessment this is a deorbited object then yes it is of value.
