Topic: Authentication of Alan Shepard book signature

I saw a book signed by Alan Sheppard for sale and asked for a picture of the signature. I was just wondering if the signature is authentic, because it is a little different from what I saw in other places.The signature is on a Moon Shot book, third printing. The book is from a book store in the US. Here is the scan I got. |

Thanks. What concerned me a little was the fact that I saw many pictures of his signature with his whole name "Alan Shepard"

Shepard's signed books and bookplates often have abbreviated, rushed signatures. AShepard or AlaShepard.In fact, it's hard to find them with neat, full signatures. |
