Not autopen so obviously at least one is a forgery (but almost certainly both):121053101053 160927984784 Seller says he obtained the currently listed eBay item as part of an auction lot. I didn't immediately disclose to him that I was aware that it wasn't authentic. I've since done that and alerted the buyer of the first item. Most likely printed? I think they're a little too consistent to be traced. |

These are both the same signature. Copies of an authentic original in my opinion.I know who owns the original and it is not this seller. The risk of placing a high res image online. There are a handful of Armstrong signatures that have been reproduced and sold as cuts. I see it all the time. |

Looks like one sold - a shame. |

For posterity, since eBay removed both listings and because my subsequent communications with the seller leads me to believe he knew what he was selling, vintage761 was the seller of both those items. |

Here is a scenario for you...Someone buys an authentic signed index card. Shortly after, they sell the authentic card. Several months later, the same exact signature appears on different items. Signed "cuts" or envelopes. A not-so-bright seller would use the same signature on two items for sale at the same time. Completed item search can be revealing. |

Sometimes "greedy" just overwhelms "common sense". |
