I'm new to this board, was referred by a NASA historian. I have a beautiful picture of the NASA 905, with the top of the picture saying "Mr. James H Cleaver," whom after researching was a newspaper writer for Los Angeles.

Then the picture is of the NASA 905 with a shuttle coming in on a runway. At bottom it says "Best wishes from space and missile country!" signed by Jack L. Watkins, Maj, Gen, USAF commander, 1st Strategic Aerospace Division, Vandenberg, Air Force Base, CA.

Does anyone know if there is any value to this specially made picture, which is personally autographed by Jack L. Watkins, Commander Maj General? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

All times are CT (US)
