Okay, figured I wanted to confirm what I think. This one to me is autopen. But I just wanted to check to make sure.

Gus Grissom. But it is one of the originals put out. Correct?

Yes, indeed, it would be Grissom's primary autopen used throughout his astronaut career.

This has been fun. Found the two plus two others at an estate sale and brings back memories. Just have to figure out where they are going to be hung.
