Any opinions on this STS -1 flown example of a Silver Snoopy?

The letter bothers me since the letterhead is cutoff at the top and the "Eyes on the Stars" emblem shows banding from a color printer.

Edit to add: I see the seller indicates the NASA letter is a copy.

Without the original letter this pin is effectively one without documentation.

Still, it can be considered likely to have been flown on STS-1 and it does seem a good match for the type XIX on my site which would seem logical.

The price seems to be going pretty high for a pin without original documentation but I guess bidders are treating a copy of a letter as solid provenance.

All times are CT (US)
