I recently found some maps I had ordered back in the 1970s from the US Geological Survey of four of the Apollo landing sites. These are all pre-mission maps, and I assume they were used in planning the geology activities of each mission. As an example, I'll use the Apollo 17 maps. On the envelope these are stored in, it identifies what's inside as "Geologic Maps of the Taurus-Littrow Region of the Moon. Apollo 17 Pre-Mission Maps." And it says they were prepared by "David H. Scott, Baerbel Koesters Lucchitta, and M.H. Carr." There are two maps sheets inside (this is true of the other three landing sites as well). At the bottom of the envelope it says "Geologic Atlas of the Moon. Taurus-Littrow Region -- Apollo 17. I-800. Published by the U.S. Geological Survey. Washington, D. C. 20241. 1972."

I have these sets of maps for the Apollo 14, 15, 16, and 17 missions.

Do they have any value?
