I have a Paul Calle "Neil Armstrong" print 1/1000 and I was curious to see what the value of this piece is and what would be the best way of selling if I chose to do so. Would eBay be an ideal outlet or would it be best to offer it on this website? |

Around the $3,000 mark. I'd offer it here, or sell it via rrauction.com |

I'm curious, how did you end up with #1? I don't even have 1/1000! |

Actually was a present from my father when I was about 14. I believe he got it in an estate sale and knowing him, paid next to nothing for it. |

Chris, are you Paul Calle's son? Or is that just your name for the website? I also have another print done by Paul Calle that is numbered 1/1000. |

I think the question is "what number is on the the print/prints". Is it print "number 1" or is it "1 of a 1000"? |

I haven't been able to find any information on it, i.e. day of signature and everything of that sort. |

That is General Jimmy Doolittle, famed for many aviation accomplishments, including the Doolittle Raid of 1942. As for the value of the print, there is one still available on this website (#5 - there's also a brief description of the raid) for $395. Print 1/1000 might sell at that price. |

I was hoping you could tell me what the value of an Neil Armstrong/Paul Calle print is worth. All opinions welcomed, thanks in advance. I found one that sold recently on eBay for $4k. Editor's note: Threads merged. |
