Please help with signature IDs. Only second signature from left (M P) on top row is still unidentified. Thanks for the help.

That's pioneer astronomer and former-JPL Director ("Mr. JPL") Dr. William H. Pickering, a central figure of the US space program and better known for his early Explorer satellite developments in space science. His JPL team headed the first lunar and planetary spaceflight missions throughout the 1960's, first probes to Mars and Venus.
