I just saw this listed on eBay for $15,000, but in his description he states...
They appear to be hand and not auto signed but am not absolutely certain. If anyone knows more about the history of this cover I would love to know more.

It's been relisted with a starting price of $150. I'm amazed he or she thinks that anyone will pay even $5 for it. The seller is either trying to take advantage in the wake of Armstrong's death or is simply very ill-informed.
