The sales value for anything signed by Armstrong seems to be at least $850 and up, more likely $1000 and up. Sometimes you can get lucky and find something less.
As far as a published sourcebook, I am sure there some autograph price guides out there that might list a value but I can not tell you what they are.

The space memorabilia market is still too young (human spaceflight is about to turn 50 years old) and too volatile for any price guide to be accurate for any length of time.
The best price guides I can suggest are past auction catalogs together with their prices realized, but even those need to considered in the larger context of the time, place and circumstances for each sale.

The Sanders Autograph Price Guide, 7th edition (2009) lists a value of $849 for Neil Armstrong's signature, and that value is for a cut signature or one on an index card. This reference is by no means a definitive information source for the value of space exploration-related autographs, but it is a relatively good source for information on the value of collectible autographs in general.
