I don't have much confidence in this item.
Any other thoughts?

In my humble opinion, it has a "drawn" appearance and not the fast stops and starts that is often seen in authentic examples.

My thought is that it was signed in black and has faded,The autograph looks OK to me and both parts of the autograph also flow in my eyes.

I really don't know about this one. I am not interested in buying it.

Agree with Chet. Just look at the way there is a double line at the base of the "A" linking to the "T".
Never seen that before. Several other "iffy" characteristics.

How many authentic Armstrongs have you (the knowlegeable ones in out group) seen signed in brown marker? Could these have been signed when he did sign for free and perhaps was done at a chance meeting or speaking engagement and that was the only writing instrument available? I sure don't care for the look.

Paul, the more level line of the 2 lines you mention I believe is actually a rock face or shadow in the background. But of the short pen line - I have never seen one that looked quite like that.

I have seen inks fade to this color from sunlight, age, etc. But they tend to be the older, vintage form of his signature on paper stock, not photos. This is atypical.
