THIS LOT HAS BEEN SOLD, 5:10pmCT. THANKS!

This is an assortment of vintage Apollo program items (duplicates from my collection). The metal buttons were all issued during the Apollo program, except for the large 1989 20th anniversary button. I believe that the AC Delco Official Astronaut button was first distributed at the 1964/65 New York World's Fair NASA Space Park pavilion. The buttons are in excellent condition; the glare spots in the photos are only lighting artifacts.

In addition, there is a vintage unused Apollo 16 napkin (probably from a Marshall Space Flight Center reception — von Braun had a penchant for fancy mission parties that included mission-specific dinnerware, cups, etc.), original stickers for Apollo 17 and the U.S. Space Team (official NASA astronaut and administrator use only, according to the warning on back), a modern 2009 USS Hornet 40th anniversary patch from the ship's store, two almost-identical vintage silver-colored pewter Lunar Rover tie tacks with butterfly clasps, and two identical detailed metal Lunar Modules. I believe the Lunar Modules were intended to be made into lapel pins, but these have blank backs and I have never seen a pin with this particular design (so you can have a unique lapel pin by having a rear post added at your local jewelry shop).

Price for the lot is $45 with $6.25 postage in the U.S. Foreign postage (untracked) is $18.50. PayPal only. Thanks and fly safe!

All times are CT (US)
