I have decided to start selling off a number of space related items I have collected over the years, including a set of three large Lunar Roving Vehicle (LRV) blueprints I had from the Boeing company back in 1971. Thanks for looking. |

Can you please send me an email as I am looking for a few items to add to my LRV collection and may be able to help you downsize and in the UK as well. |

I might be interested in your prints, what are the dimensions and what did you have in mind for price? — Dan |

Sorry but, do you plan to remove the blueprints before auction's end on eBay? I'll definitely be there to bid and acquire them on eBay, but all the messages above suggest they could be sold off eBay. I hope not. Guys, if you want them, bid on them. |

I have not appended a "Buy now" or "Make an offer" and it is my intention to let the item go to the winning bidder at the end of the auction. Thank you to all who have shown an interest and good luck to one and all should you decide to bid. |

I have been asked about how I came about the blueprints and if they are original or copies. I hope this helps others who may be interested...As a teenager I was fascinated by the Apollo program and regularly wrote to NASA, Boeing and any other organisation connected to Apollo. They were usually very generous when replying. I am afraid I honestly do not know if they are "original" or copies of original. The 3ft by 7ft size suggests they may be original as I'm not sure how one would make a photocopy that size back in the 1970's? The letter accompanying the blueprints said "Enclosed is a set of drawing for the lunar rover chasis, which was built by Boeing. These drawing plus the additional data enclosed should be helpful.." also "There is no restriction in reproducing them as long as it is not for publication or sale." As I am selling the originals I see no conflict there! The letter is dated 25th January 1973 and is signed Roger J. Koch, public relations manager. If you know of a definitive method to check for originality I would be happy to use it and update the eBay page if necessary. I am selling them exactly as they were sent to me in 1973. You now know as much as I do. I hope that helps. Thanks for looking and good luck should you decide to bid. |

Many people might not be able to bid as it only posts to the UK? |
