For sale are the following items from my collection. I am also always open for offers for multiple items. Here is a link to the pictures. - I'm offering a medium sized display containing 4 authentic pieces of the NF-104A serial no. 60-762 that was piloted (and crashed) by Gen. Chuck Yeager on 10 December 1963. This event was depicted in the cult space movie "The Right Stuff." I will also add a two-disc special edition DVD! The DVD is still sealed in its original wrapper as purchased.
The display comes with the COA from Gregory Frazier, Aerospace Archeologist from Costa Mesa, California. He was directly involved in recovering these pieces. On December 10, 1963, while testing an NF-104A rocket-augmented aerospace trainer, he narrowly escaped death when his aircraft went out of control at 108,700 feet and crashed. He parachuted to safety at 8,500 feet after vainly battling to gain control of the powerless, rapidly falling craft. In this incident he became the first pilot to make an emergency ejection in the full pressure suit needed for high altitude flights." (from the biography of Gen. Yeager). - $175 - WSS portrait of Jim Lovell, Apollo 8 and 13 astronaut legend! Slightly larger than 8x10 on litho stile paper (not a photo). This one comes with a COA from Morgan Fisher, the son of Paul C. Fisher, the inventor of the famous "Fisher Space Pen". - SOLD
- Picture (slightly larger than 8x10 on litho stile paper) of Apollo-14 astronaut and 6th man in the moon Edgar D. Mitchell. He also added "Fra Mauro" underneath his signature. - $80 - SOLD
- Authentic Hand Signed and space flown cover from the "One-Year in space Mission" crew Kelly and Kornienko. The cover is also signed by Padalka (Currently the world record holder for most time spent in space!), Schkaplerov, Lindgren, Kononenko and Yui. The cover was marked aboard the International Space Station with the date markings of August 19, 2015 and the ISS station marking. - $150 - SOLD
Shipping within the US is free, outside the US I will have to charge around $10. Preferred method of payment is PayPal. |
