Coming soon!Joe Fricano and I have another patch on the way. We're grateful for the warm response our STS-1 crew patch replica received, and we're happy to announce that we're taking on another patch whose most common commercial replica strays too far from its original design- Apollo 13. Once again, we're working with AB Emblem to produce a limited number of more accurate replica patches. Instead of settling for the most common replica with the three horses rendered in three different colors, we're taking our cue from the vintage crew patches and making all of the horses the same color.  We have not yet settled on the final design, so a production date has not been set. I'd like to promise delivery in time for the holidays, but can't do that just yet. Instead, I'll invite you to watch this thread and Joe's website for updates on this project. If you'd like to reserve a patch, please email Joe at skyforce1@msn.com. The price for these patches will be $15. Though we're making all of the horses the same color, we are replicating the more detailed shading of the vintage patch, so that actually increases the number of colors used. |

After a month or two of preparations, Joe and I are happy to announce that the final production order for our Apollo 13 replica patch has been placed. I've seen a run-out prototype of the patch, and the design came together really nicely.As before, you can pre-order through Joe's website. Special thanks to Chris Spain for assistance with color-matching for this project. |

AB estimates that they'll be shipping these patches to us just before American Thanksgiving, so we should have them in stock by early December. |
