Looking to buy the Apollo 11 Kapton encased in a slanted lucite. Very interested in acquiring one in new condition if the price is right. Feel free to email me with pics and price.

Many thanks in advance.

Only 50 of the Apollo 11 Kapton acrylic units were produced, unfortunately, I don't know of any others that might be available.

Mine is #1 of 50, but also, there is a proof acrylic (I think #00) on display at The U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame in Titusville, FL.

The proof lucite is part of a public exhibit of mine at the hall of fame depicting many types of collected memorabilia from man's first lunar landing mission in 1969.

Mr. Havekotte, sincerest thanks for the information. I recently found the Apollo 17 slanted lucite from the Cernan Corp. after a long search and wanted to get this piece as a companion to that one.

With only 50 in existence,I guess it has become my holy grail. It's such a cool piece. I'll keep up the search.

Have a great weekend and many thanks for your input.

Just wanted to extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to board member cal10pilot for selling me his Apollo 11 slanted lucite. Great seller and great person to deal with. Highly recommended.
