Just listed on eBay a hard to find hardcover book: "Apollo on the Moon" with signatures by McDivitt, Haise, Gordon and Mitchell. Also Glynn Lunney.

The signatures are all bold, clear and crisp, the scanner does not do it justice.

And a Skylab beta patch signed by Weitz with Weitz COA.
