I did a private signing with Clyde Tombaugh, who discovered Pluto in 1930 and he signed a NASA litho that shows an artist concept of Pluto and the first moon discovered, Charon. Current technology has allowed for the discovery that Pluto and Charon are basically revolving around each other with Pluto being the larger. Also four other moons have since been discoved by the names Nix, Hydra, P4, P5 (they have not yet been given names).

He also signed covers with cachets relating to various planatery missions. The concept photos are $65 and the covers are $40 each.

Though Pluto is now classified as a dwarf planet, it will always be considered the ninth planet in my mind. In a way, I am glad Mr. Tombaugh did not live to see "his planet" demoted. We spent an hour talking by phone and he was a remarkable man and friendly as could me. He wrote me a detailed letter about how he discovered Pluto, most of which I don't understand as it is very technical in nature. A prized possession.

Sent scans to those who e-mailed me and asked for them. Going to bed now so I will see who placed an order in the morning.
