I am looking to buy some flown medallions. I need these two to complete my MFA/SFA collection:
  • Project Apollo 30th Anniversary with Saturn V rocket launch - the silver version.
  • STS-114 Team Award
Some others I'd be interested:
  • Apollo 8/Alcoa 50 Years of Research.
  • National Space Club medallion
  • Spacelab 1
  • Apollo 11 25th
  • Skylab - 1 billion miles

Just to note - I too (as I am sure other are) looking for many of these. Good luck in finding a relatively limited grouping. It never hurts to ask (and this is the right place!).

There are 3 versions of the the Saturn V Launch Tower medallions. The were made of Aluminum, Bronze and Silver. The silver being the rarest. If you have the 1 made of silver I am most definitely interested. Email me

I have a National Space Club Medallion that was owned by Deke Slayton up for sale on eBay.

    This auction ends today.

The National Space Club medal on eBay hit nearly $450! Any reason why? I own one myself but never thought it to be all that valuable or desirable. Is it very rare, or was the Slayton provenance the cause for the bidding?

It is rare but its most likely went that high due to it being owned by Deke Slayton
